Madrid, January 14, 2026 — Clorian Ticketing, a technology company specialized in the comprehensive and digital management of ticketing for venues and events, will once again participate in FITUR 2026, the leading international trade fair for the tourism sector, taking place from January 21 to 23 at IFEMA Madrid. Clorian’s continued presence at the event reflects its long-term commitment to the industry and its desire to keep supporting destinations, attractions and tourism venues in the evolution of their management and commercialization models.
Throughout the three days of the fair, Clorian will be present at stand 12B13, where visitors will have the opportunity to meet part of the team and discover how a well-designed ticketing strategy can become a key lever to optimize revenues, improve occupancy, anticipate demand, and deliver smoother and more personalized visitor experiences. Clorian’s approach combines technology, data and business consultancy, offering solutions tailored to the operational reality and strategic objectives of each venue.
Strategies to optimize revenue and capacity: Clorian at the SEGITTUR Lab
As part of its agenda at FITUR 2026, Clorian will host a presentation at the SEGITTUR Lab 2 focused on strategies to increase average ticket value and maximize capacity at tourism and cultural venues, introducing the use of dynamic pricing as a key innovation.
The session will be led by David Casany, Project Manager at Clorian Ticketing and head of ticketing strategy for landmark venues such as Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, and the Dalí Museum. Casany is currently driving the company’s first major project in the North American market and has also worked directly on Clorian’s projects in Mexico.
Session details
- Date: Thursday, January 22, 2026
- Time: 4:00–4:45 pm
- Venue: SEGITTUR Lab – FITUR 2026
- Topic: Increasing average ticket value and maximizing capacity
During the session, Clorian will explore how data analysis, audience and channel segmentation, and intelligent availability management help balance profitability, occupancy and visitor experience, providing venues with practical tools to anticipate demand and make strategic decisions with a real and measurable impact on business performance.
“Working closely with high-demand venues and across very different markets has allowed us to clearly identify the real needs of tourism and cultural operators today. When ticketing is managed strategically and driven by data, it stops being a purely operational process and becomes a powerful growth lever that improves both business results and the visitor experience,” says David Casany, Project Manager at Clorian Ticketing.
